Where to go from here

Well things have been very unhappy at work recently. I just found out recently that I am now going to be a part-time sales associate, and this week I have only 18.5 hours. Trying to find a new job in this economy is frustrating to say the least. It took me three months after moving to Las Vegas to find this one. I am sending out my resume to a few law firms this week, hopefully something will turn up.

On the other hand, the extra time will give me more time to scrapbook. That is the only good thing. I have not been scrapbooking as much as I would like; mostly because of a lack of space in the apartment and the LSS around the corner from me closing in February.

Here is a couple of layouts that I have completed. One is from Cathy Z's class that I took last fall, Design Your Life, and the other is from Cathy's class that just ended, Everyone Can Write A Little. I am currently taking a class called The Challenge of Me at BPS and should be posting more about that soon.

What's new

So, my new shoes came via UPS yesterday and I wore them for the first time today. Needless to say I did not make it all day in them. I ended up having to change to my older shoes after about six hours, which did not surprise me. I love, love, love my new shoes even if they are a little uncomfortable, but hopefully, they will stretch out a little as I wear them and get used to them. They are so cute. I needed brown shoes that I could wear with one of my new dresses at work and I saw them online and decided that I would get them.

Since tomorrow will be the tenth day I have worked out of eleven and my next day off is not until Monday, Monday (I am so tired, but not complaining) I think I will be indulging in my favorite escape before work...




but maybe without the whipped cream.

Where's the 'undo' button for my life?

The main moment that I wish I could do over would be my decision to go to a four year school directly out of high school instead of going to the local community college and then going to one of the state universities which said it would accept me at that time.

The Beginning

Well I've finally done it. I have created a blog. I have decided to do a smaller version of the Project 365 and right now I am just doing the month of March. I picked March because it is my birthday month and I decided that it was a good a starting place as anything else.
